Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g lemon concentrate
200 g flour
100 g sugar
75 g butter
100 g finely ground almonds
150 g whole eggs
0.3 g vanilla
10 g baking powder
1 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Melt the butter and place in a pacotizing® beaker with the lemon concentrate, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
(2) Use the whipping disc 3 times with overpressure. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder together and fold into the mixture.
(3) Pour into a cake tin and bake at 180°C.

Tip: You can use the lemon concentrate for the lemon icing.
