Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

350 g lemon
150g sugar


Recipe preparation

1) Cut the lemon into pieces and mix with the sugar. Leave to stand for about 15 minutes, stir and pour into a pacotizing® beaker, pressing down firmly.
2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
3) If necessary, pacotize® 10 times at normal pressure.
