His goal: healthy, child-friendly dishes without additives, with less effort and more room for creativity.


Flexible preparation

Wouter decides for himself when to prepare in advance and fill the pacotizing® beakers. Shortly before mealtime, it only takes a few minutes to finish the menu. This is a real advantage for a daycare center with changing routines. „With the Pacojet, I can organize my kitchen in a completely different way. I can prepare food flexibly without compromising on taste or quality. And the frozen components taste fresh and intense after pacotizing® - this opens up new possibilities.”

The quality of the dishes has improved noticeably with the use of the Pacojet: strong flavors, bright colors, and fine textures. „I make things that I used to avoid - such as vegetable ice cream, special dips, or pesto made from carrot tops,” says Wouter.
