Peach and plum sorbet

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


270 g Asian peaches (or white peaches)
200 g plums
150 g sugar syrup
45 g hawthorn flakes
10 g pickled plums
50 g water


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice with overpressure.
