Virgin Pink Dragon Spritz

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g red dragon fruit (without peel)
300 g grapefruit juice
40 g non-alcoholic vermouth
10 g lemon juice


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the dragon fruit into pieces, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® 6 times, pour into a glass and mix with soda water.
