Pea and mint soup

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g peas
200g vegetable broth
200g cream
50g shallot
10g butter
5g peppermint fresh


Recipe preparation

(1) Steam the shallots in butter until translucent. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a Pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® 1x if necessary, allow to thaw, season with salt and pepper.
