Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


220 g almonds
100 g sourdough bread
7 g garlic
160 g peeled cucumber
20 g cilantro
80 g grapes
20 g sherry vinegar
15 g salt
130 g water


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the cucumber and sourdough bread into 1x1 cm cubes, mix with the remaining ingredients and fill into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice at normal pressure.
