Pistachio ice cream vegan

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g pistachios, roasted 
500 g almond milk 
125 g sugar 
0.5 g salt
4 g Agar Agar

Recipe preparation

(1) Mix the cold almond milk with the sugar, salt and Agar Agar and bring to the boil once. Add the pistachios, blend once with a hand blender and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours. 
(3) When needed, pacotize® once with overpressure.
