Raspberry yogurt ice cream
Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
250 g Raspberries
400 g Natural yogurt
60 g Powdered sugar
100 g Cream
Recipe preparation
(1) Combine the raspberries, natural yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) When needed, pacotize® once with normal pressure.
Tip: The yogurt ice cream can also be prepared with other ripe fruits.
