Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

Goji berry 400g raspberry pulp 100g water 100g sugar 60g lucose 10g lemon juice |
Recipe preparation
| (1) Boil
the water, sugar and glucose, then mix all the ingredients. Then feel into
the Pacotizing® beaker and allow to cool. (2) Close the lid and label. Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours. (3) When needed, pacotize® twice at normal pressure. |
