Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
330 g passion fruit pulp
200 g orange juice
100 g water
100 g sugar
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix the water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Mix with the remaining ingredients and fill into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) When needed pacotize® twice with overpressure.
