Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
500 g grapes, white seedless
250 g sugarsirup
6 g lemon juice
1 g salt
10 g gelatine
6 g xanthan gum
Recipe preparation
(1) Soak the gelatine and dissolve in the sugar. Blend with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® once at normal pressure.
