Franzbrötchen ice cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


550 g milk
150 g cream 35% fat
100 g sugar
100 g Franzbrötchen


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the Franzbrötchen into pieces and toast in the oven at 160°C for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown. Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Add the toasted Franzbrötchen and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® once with overpressure.
