Cherry Sorbet
Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
200 g sour cherry juice
150 g sugar
10 g lime juice
500 g pitted cherries
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix the cherry juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Mix with the cherries and pour into a pacotizing®
beaker.
(2) Close the pacotizing®
beaker, label it and freeze it at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® once if necessary.
