Cherry-apple-sorbet 

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g sweet cherries, pitted
200 g apple
150 g sugar
200 g sour cherry juice
10 g lime juice


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the apple into approx. 2x2 cm cubes. Mix the sour cherry juice with the sugar and lime juice until the sugar has dissolved and pour all the ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® once at normal pressure.
