Apple celery sorbet

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g granny smith
200 g celery
100 g water
40 g agave syrup
40 g icing sugar
60 g lime juice


Recipe preparation

(1) Chop the apple and celery into small pieces. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice with overpressure.
