Yuzu-basil ice tea

Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
450 g yuzu juice
200 g water
5 g Assam
20 g ginger
40 g basil
160 g sugar
Recipe preparation
(1) Bring the water to boil, add the Assam and leave to infuse for 2 minutes. Strain into a new pan, add the sugar and basil and mix until the sugar has completely dissolved. Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes with an edge length of 0.5 cm. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize®. Should ideally be diluted with a little water (or a juice of your choice, e.g. mango juice). Serve with ice and fresh basil.
