Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g carrots
80 g non-alcoholic rum
50 g agave syrup
3 g vanilla pulp
50 g lime juice
100 g water


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the carrots into pieces, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® 6 times.
