Virgin Pink Dragon Spritz

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g pink dragon fruit (without skin)
300 g grapefruit juice
40 g non-alcoholic vermouth
10 g lime syrup
50 g sugar


Recipe preparation

(1) Roughly chop the dragon fruit, mix with the remaining ingredients, and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 6 times with overpressure and top up with soda or prosecco.
