Spiced cinnamon coconut latte

Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
350 g coconut milk
200 g water
120 g sugar
20 g crushed coffee beans
1 g vanilla pod
0.3 g cardamom pods
1 g cinnamon stick
50 g coconut oil
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix all the ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 5 times with overpressure and fold in whipped cream to taste.
