Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
200 g organic seedless orange, untreated (1 piece)
100 g turmeric root
100 g agave syrup
300 g ginger
100 g water
Recipe preparation
(1) Cut the ginger and turmeric root into pieces. Cut off the stem and blossom end of the orange and then chop it into large pieces and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 4 time with overpressure and dilute with water or orange juice.
Note: 1 pacotizing® beaker yields 4 liters of ginger-turmeric-orange shot.
