Grapefruit margarita

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


150 g grapefruit 
300 g lime juice 
200 g agave syrup 
100 g water
150 g tequila
0.2 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with the lid and label. Freeze at -20°C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice using the Jet® mode and normal pressure.
