Frozen Cosmopolitan with beetroot

Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
160 g vodka
200 g Cointreau / Grand Marnier
240 g cranberry juice or cranberry nectar
120 g beet, cooked
200 g lime juice
Recipe preparation
(1) Cut the beet into 1 cm pieces and pour all the ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -23 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® 4 to 6 times with overpressure and freeze again. Before use, pacotize® once using the jet®
mode.
