Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
150g
flour 10g sunflower oil 30g sugar 70g milk 250g egg |
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour into a pacotizing beaker.
(2) Close the pacotizing beaker, label it and freeze it at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) If necessary, Pacotize® twice.
