Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g wild garlic
100 g yoghurt
120 g Boiled eggs
90 g olive oil
5 g salt
2 g pepper
0.1 g cayenne pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Roughly chop the wild garlic and place in a pacotizing® beaker along with the other ingredients.
(2) Process 5 times with the Coupe Set knife.
