Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g butter 
30 g basil
150 g tomato paste 
60 g dried tomato flakes 
18 g honey 
6 g herb salt 
3 g piment d'Espelette
1 g Himalayan pepper
2 g lemon zest 
16 g lemon juice


Recipe preparation

(1) Chop the basil, dice the tempered butter and mix with the remaining ingredients and place in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Whip with the whipping disk 2 times with overpressure and season to taste.
