1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
40 g fresh egg yolk
30 g mustard
30 g lemon juice
10 g salt
200 g sunflower oil
100 g hard-boiled egg
25 g gherkin
50 g onion
30 g capers
30 g parsley
Recipe preparation
(1) Finely chop the onions and gherkins and place in a pacotizing® beaker with the remaining ingredients.
(2) Whip 5 times with the whipping disc using the overpressure function.
