Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g salmon
350 g cream
10 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes and mix with the other ingredients.
(2) Pour into a pacotizing® beaker and process 4 times with overpressure using the Coupe Set knife.
