1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200 g parsnips
30 g pear vinegar
1 g salt
5 g argan oil


Recipe preparation

(1) Roughly dice the parsnips and place in a pacotizing® beaker with the remaining ingredients.
(2) When needed, process twice with the Coupe Set knife.
