Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


30 g morels
100 g brown mushrooms
50 g shiitake mushrooms
30 g onions
30 g parsley
10 g oil
25 g butter


Recipe preparation

(1) Finely chop the onions and parsley and place the mushrooms in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Cut once with the Coupe Set knife with normal pressure.
(3) Sauté the onions and mushrooms in oil and mix with butter, salt, pepper and parsley.
