Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200 g sea salt
85 g mandarin peel
30 g orange peel
100 g almond oil


Recipe preparation

(1) Place the mandarin and orange peel in a pacotizing® beaker and cut 4 times with the Coupe Set knife, add the salt and pacotize® 4 times with the pacotizing® blade.
(2) Dry at max. 50°C, mix with the almond oil and pacotize® with the pacotizing® blade.
