Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g lemon concentrate (salty)
500 g butter (at room temperature)
1 g white pepper, ground


Recipe preparation

(1) Pour all the ingredients in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Use the whipping disc twice with overpressure.
