Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
| 120 g
honey 100 g butter 100 g flour 120 g eggwhite |
Recipe preparation
| (1) Pour
all ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker. (2) Process 3-times with the coupe set knife. (3) Spread the mixture into the honeycomb template and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 6 minutes. Tip: For a nice golden colour, take the tuiles out of the mold and bake a little longer. |
