Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
200 g pickled grilled peppers
6 g garlic clove
40 g red onions
50 g tomatoes
5 g chili
40 g red wine vinegar
30 g lime juice
80 g olive oil
Recipe preparation
(1) Core and chop the tomatoes, grilled peppers, onions and garlic.
Mix the vegetables with the remaining ingredients and place in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Process 1 time with the 2-blade cutter without overpressure and season with salt and pepper.
