Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker 
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g chicken breast fillet
300 g cream 30% fat
7 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with the other ingredients. 
(2) Pour into a pacotizing® beaker and process twice with the coupe set knife with overpressure.
