Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
300g cauliflower
2g salt
50g passion fruit vinegar
10g olive oil
Recipe preparation
(1) Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and place in a Pacossier® beaker.
(2) Add the salt, vinegar and oil.
(3) Chop once with the Coupe Set knife.
