beetroot 15 g raspberry vinegar 10 g honey 1 g salt 1 g pepper |
Recipe preparation
| (1) Peel
the beetroot and cut into pieces and process once with the Coupe Set knife. (2) Then mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. |
