Roughly dice the vegetables and sauté lightly. Then pour into a pacotizing®
beaker and process once with the Coupe Set knife. Fill up with water (2) Close the pacotizing® beaker with the lid. Label and deep-freeze at −20 °C for 24 h. (3) When needed pacotize® once. |
