Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g carrots
100 g celery
100 g cherry tomatoes
100 g mushroom
100 g water
50 g salt
5 g garlic clove


Recipe preparation

(1) Roughly dice the vegetables and sauté lightly. Then pour into a pacotizing® beaker and process once with the Coupe Set knife. Fill up with water
(2) Close the pacotizing® beaker with the lid. Label and deep-freeze at −20 °C for 24 h.
(3) When needed pacotize® once.
