Mountain pine oil

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g sunflower oil
250 g mountain pine
50 g spinach
2 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Chop the mountain pine into small pieces. Heat the sunflower oil to 75 degrees and add the mountain pine. Leave to infuse until the oil has cooled. Mix with the spinach and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 6 times with overpressure in jet mode.
