Red lentils and sweet potato dal-style spread

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


550 g vegetable stock
300 g red lentils
2 g chilli powder
25 g tikka curry
25 g korma curry paste
5 g garlic
22 g lime juice
130 g sweet potatoes


Recipe preparation

(1) Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approx. 1 cm cubes. Cook the red lentils in the vegetable stock until soft, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 6 times with overpressure.
