Red cabbage hummus

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


220 g red cabbage
260 g chickpeas
30 g lemon juice
55 g tahini
40 g olive oil
9 g garlic
50 g water
2 g cumin
7 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Chop the red cabbage sections and mix with the remaining ingredients, process once with the Coupe Set and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 10 times at normal pressure.
