Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
400 g peanuts
10 g peanut oil
100 g powdered sugar
1 g salt
3 g vanilla
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a pacotizing® beaker and chop twice with the Coupe Set knife, then smooth out and press down lightly.
(2) Close with lid, label and freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 6 times without overpressure.
