Mountain pine butter
Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
500 g nut butter
150 g mountain pine needles
5 g sea salt
Recipe preparation
(1) Remove the mountain pine needles from the branches and leave to infuse in the warm nut butter for 2 hours. Add the salt and pour everything into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 8 times with overpressure.
