Beetroot hummus

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g chickpeas, drained from tin
100 g beetroot, cooked
7 g red chilli
25 g dried cranberries
60 g olive oil
20 g lemon juice
7 g salt
30 g tahini
1 g cumin
90 g chickpea water


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 5 times with overpressure.
