Bean cream with tomatoes

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g white beans (cannellini), pre-cooked
100 g water
100 g dried tomatoes in oil
80 g olive oil (or the oil from the tomatoes)
5 g salt
2 g pepper
2 g garlic


Recipe preparation

(1) Dice the dried tomatoes, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid and label. Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 4 times with overpressure.
