1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
500 g avocado 180 g sour creme 60 g red onion 20 g lime juice 20 g olive oil 7 g salt 10 g cilantro |
Recipe preparation

Halve the avocados, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and cut into small
pieces. Finely dice the onion and blanch briefly. Mix all ingredients, pour
into a pacotizing® beaker. (2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours. (3) When needed, pacotize® three times with normal pressure. |
