2022: Pacojet 4

To mark its 30th anniversary, Pacojet is taking a quantum leap forward with the launch of the Pacojet 4. Operating the device is even easier and safer, thanks to its intelligent and innovative features such as the Jet® mode, the ability to save favorite recipes, the large touchscreen, and the tool detection feature. Workflows in the kitchen can now be standardized even more.

2018: Pacojet 2 PLUS

The Pacojet 2 PLUS represents a new milestone in the evolution of pacotizing®. Its key new feature is the programmable repeat function. The new, enhanced pacotizing® blade locking system also simplifies safe use of the device.

2017: Pacojet Junior

The Pacojet Junior focuses exclusively on the main pacotizing® function. As a budget version with all of the tried-and-tested Pacojet quality, this device makes it easier for new users to familiarize themselves with the cooking system and for experienced users to invest in a second Pacojet device.

2012: Pacojet 2

Following further technological development, the Pacojet 2 offers additional functions such as the selectable overpressure mode with automatic depressurization and processing in decimal portions. The new brushless motor is quieter and runs with virtually zero wear.

1992: Pacojet 1

The first Pacojet generation revolutionizes the world of professional gastronomy, as pacotizing® redefines traditional food-preparation methods from scratch.
