It is quick and easy to prepare Pacojet creations: fresh ingredients are placed in a pacotizing® beaker and deep frozen at -20 °C for at least 24 hours. The prepared foods are pacotized® only when needed and are fresh and available for service quickly. Mise en place is also completely separate from production and can be completed at any time, to use up slack time. Work associated with the Pacojet can be divided very flexibly, so you can also integrate production of your own convenience products into your processes without problem.

Pacojet’s user-friendly operation also makes pacotizing® child’s play: the large touchscreen provides intuitive user guidance with an animated assistance feature. Up to 20 recipe settings can be stored on the Pacojet. Detective functions can assist with correct handling of the device. The Pacojet is very easy to clean with its specific cleaning tabs, therefore requiring a minimal training period before use. Basically, it doesn’t matter who presses the button when pacotizing® - the quality of prepared foods is always consistent.
