We are looking for the international pacotizing® champion: The challengers? Ambitious and passionate chefs from four countries who want to put their culinary skills to the test with the Pacojet 4. The goal? To be crowned pacotizing® champion at the grand finale in Switzerland.

Luisa Zerbo wins the Pacojet 4 Challenge
Congratulations! Three months of pacotizing®, extensive testing of the new Pacojet generation and full commitment to the competition tasks in the areas of creativity, time optimization, cost savings and food waste are behind her. Luisa Zerbo has convinced us with her solutions - and thus the Pacojet 4 remains an integral part of the Oni & Lu team.
The big Pacojet 4 challenge...
Over 250 Pacojet fans signed up for the unique "Pacojet 4 Challenge" competition: Luisa Zerbo (Oni&lu), Jörg Plumbohm (Gasthaus und Catering Plumbohm) and Carlos Navarro (Rechberg 1837) were the most convincing candidates and compete with the Pacojet 4. It all started with a training day in the kitchen with star chef Jan Hartwig.
