Chocolate sorbet vegan

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


450 g water
120 g sugar
45 g cocoa
120 g dark chocolate


Recipe preparation

(1) Boil the water and sugar, pour over the chocolate, leave to stand briefly and dissolve. Mix in the cocoa. Pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice at normal pressure.
